Quick Start

# Clone repository

Setup

  1. Go to Channels → WhatsApp Business
  2. Click "Connect WhatsApp Business"
  3. Enter Phone Number ID and Access Token from Facebook Developer Portal
  4. Save configuration

📘 Facebook & Instagram Integration

  1. Go to Channels → Facebook Pages
  2. Click "Connect Facebook Page"
  3. Authorize with Facebook Login
  4. Select pages to connect

💬 Live Chat Widget

  1. Go to Channels → Live Chat → Settings
  2. Configure widget color, welcome message, agent name
  3. Copy the embed code
  4. Paste code into your website before closing </body> tag

The Matter Management module allows you to track legal cases, debt review matters, insurance claims, and other client matters through a stage-based workflow.

Legal Matters: New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal Sent → Legal Review → Payment Processing → Closed

Debt Collection: New Account → Trace Debtor → Contact Made → Payment Arrangement → Legal Handover → Closed

  1. Go to any matter and click "Share with Client"
  2. Enter client email and optional message
  3. Set expiration date and view limits
  4. System generates a secure link and sends to client
