Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 4, 2026

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for monthly subscription plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund.

2. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, refunds are available within the first 30 days. After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on unused months, less a 10% processing fee.

3. Free Trial

We offer a free trial with no payment required. No refund is applicable for free trials as no payment was collected.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email refunds@elitecrm.co.za from your registered email
  2. Include your account/tenant name
  3. State the reason for cancellation
  4. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

  • Custom setup fees (if applicable)
  • SIP trunk usage charges (passed through from providers)
  • SMS or WhatsApp message credits already used
  • Add-on services already consumed

6. Partial Refunds

If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next cycle. No partial refunds for unused time within the current cycle except for annual plans as described above.

7. Data Export After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data (leads, call recordings, reports). After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

8. Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge with your bank without first contacting us, you waive your right to a refund under this policy. Please contact us first.

9. POPIA and Data Deletion

Upon refund and account closure, all personal data will be deleted in accordance with POPIA requirements within 30 days.
